10.10 Validation of independently developed non-propietary VCIS
You are a manufacturer of independently developed non-proprietary VCIs, and you want to find VM’s contact person or necessary information for the validation of the compatibility of the manufacturer-specific application and the independently developed non-proprietary VCIs complying to Part 2 of ISO 18541.
If you are not yet registered then you can request this information while registering for the use of the RMI systems.
The following procedure applies requesting this repair and maintenance information via registration
- The IO legal representative registers for the use of the RMI system. In the field [Access request information], choose [Manufacturer of independently developed non-proprietary VCIs].
- The IO legal representative will be contacted for defining the specific requirements.
- The IO legal representative will receive a customized proposal for the requested information.
If you are already registered and you have an account for ePortal, you can request this information via Support Center in ePortal.
The following procedure applies requesting this repair and maintenance information via Support Center:
- The IO legal representative starts Support Center in ePortal.
- In the main menu of Support Center, the IO legal representative selects [Request contact for specific RMI].
- In the [Request contact for specific RMI] menu, the IO legal representative selects [Manufacturer of independently developed non-proprietary VCIs].
- The IO legal representative fills out and submits the request form.
- The IO legal representative will be contacted for defining the specific requirements.
- The IO legal representative will receive a customized proposal for the requested information.
